So, in the past, every piece was made to order, which was great for customization but not so great for lead times (and my sanity!). While I’ve dabbled in batch production before, I wasn’t fully ready to commit. But now, with a solid plan in place, I’m all in! This switch means better turnaround times, more exciting designs, and less waiting around for you. Win-win, right?
What’s New?
Faster Turnaround Times
By batch-making our designs, I’ll have stock ready to go. No more waiting weeks for custom orders—you’ll get your favourite IMONYX pieces in just a few days. Fast, easy, and ready to wear.
More Time for Creativity
With batch production freeing up my schedule, I’ll have more time to focus on designing bold new collections and bringing fresh ideas to life. There’s so much cool stuff coming your way—stay tuned!
Updated Returns Policy
I’ve also made some tweaks to our returns policy to keep things simple:
Stocked pieces: Exchange or refund within 3 days of receiving your item.
Sale items: Final sale, no refunds.
Custom sizes/special requests: These will still be available, but with a small service charge. Also, custom pieces won’t be eligible for free resizes anymore.
What About Custom Pieces? Don’t worry, custom sizing isn’t going anywhere! If you’ve got a specific size in mind, I’ve got you covered. Just keep in mind that made-to-order pieces will take 3-4 weeks to produce. Custom pieces are non-refundable, but they’ll be made just for you—one of a kind!
