Once the package has been signed for, we accept no responsibility for it. While we are not responsible for shipping delays due to uncontrollable events, we are happy to assist in investigating any lost or delayed items.
Your order includes signature on delivery and you decide to remove this option, IMONYX cannot be held liable if the item is stolen after delivery.
