Additional Shipping Information These timeframes are provided by Royal Mail, but delays can happen. IMONYX accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Once the package has been signed for, we accept no responsibility for it. While we are not responsible for shipping delays due to uncontrollable events, we are happy to assist in investigating any lost or delayed items.
Your order includes signature on delivery and you decide to remove this option, IMONYX cannot be held liable if the item is stolen after delivery.
Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail, and you will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order via the Royal Mail website or contact your local shipping provider directly with the tracking number for more specific delivery updates. For re-delivery or address changes, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier directly.
International Orders
For orders placed outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any local duty, tax, and/or other import costs. These fees are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
