Exchanges and Refunds
We do accept refunds and exchanges within 30 days of shipping date. Shipping costs are non refundable. Items and packaging must be in original condition, not be worn or damaged. One off items or items with stones are non refundable and non exchangeable.
It is the customers responsibility for the shipping of all refunds and exchanges. We will ship the exchanged items back to you as soon as we receive the original/s. We recommend you send back tracked and signed. We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transition.
Please email email@example.com with your order number and exchange/refund as the subject. We will send a follow up email with what you have to do to get it back to us.
