We accept refunds on eligible items, provided they are returned to us within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original condition with all packaging included and in good condition. Please note, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges are available, subject to stock availability, and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for exchanged items.

1-of-1 pieces are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Made-to-order items are also non-refundable and final sale.
Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

Most pieces can be resized to your desired size for a £25 service charge. For customers outside the UK, you will need to cover shipping costs both ways in addition to the resizing fee.
