Sometimes things do go missing.
We are sorry your purchase has not yet arrived.
We understand how frustrating this is, after putting all the time and effort into making your item/s, for them to be lost by the postal service is awful. Once we have dropped the parcel off at the post office it is out of our control.
You will have received an email with the tracking number, where you can follow the progress of your order. This is all the information we get as well. The royal mail will consider the parcel lost after x amount of days from when it was dropped off at the post office depending on the region the parcel is going. (see below)
For UK orders;10 working days(it should normally take 2-3 days working days to arrive)
For Europe orders;20 working days(it should normally take 3-5 days working days to arrive)
Rest of the world;25 working days(it should normally take 5-7 days working days normally to arrive)
I do apologise about the wait time however it is necessary to wait this period as the item could still arrive in the given times.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

All of our jewelry is crafted from solid silver and various types of gold. These metals are durable, but like all fine items, they require some care and attention to keep them looking their best.
Understanding Your Metal
Sterling Silver
- Sterling silver is one of the most popular precious metals. You can identify sterling silver by the '925' hallmark stamped on or inside the piece.
- Sterling silver won't discolor unless it comes into contact with chemicals such as perfumes, hand sanitizers, or other skin and hair products.
- If you suspect you might have a sterling silver allergy, please consult your doctor.
Gold
- Gold is available in various carats (the most common we use are 9ct, 14ct, 18ct, and 24ct).
- It's also available in different colors, but we primarily work with yellow gold.
- Gold is a more expensive option but is more stable than sterling silver and should not discolor or react with chemicals.
- If you think you might have a gold allergy, please consult your doctor.
Caring for Your Jewelry
To keep your jewelry looking fresh and lasting as long as possible, we recommend the following care steps:
- Remove your jewelry regularly: Especially before exercising or swimming.
- Be mindful of sprays: Be careful where you spray perfumes, lotions, or creams. We recommend removing your piece before applying these products.
- Store it properly: Proper storage helps prevent tangling and scratches.
- Keep it clean: Refresh the shine with one of our polishing cloths. For a deeper clean, use a toothbrush with warm soapy water (dish soap works well) and gently clean in light circular motions.
-
To achieve a brilliant shine on our silver pieces and enhance their intricate details, we utilize a range of polishing products. However, if any residue from these products remains on the silver, it may cause temporary staining on your skin.
To address this, simply wash the affected area with warm, soapy water and gently scrub with an old toothbrush to remove any excess product residue. This quick and easy remedy ensures that your skin remains clean and free from any staining.
